Wednesday is Day Three of Hernandez Govan’s trial for the murder of Memphis rap artist Young Dolph. The state claims Govan recruited Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson to carry out the $100K hit, yet Govan’s attorney asserts his client is a “fall man” and had no function in orchestrating the murder.
