Tuesday marks Day Two of Hernandez Govan’s test for the murder of Memphis rapper Young Dolph. District attorneys claim that Govan hired Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith to perform a struck on the internationally recognized rapper and owner of the document label Paper Route Empire. Smith confessed to his role in the criminal activity, and a court found Johnson guilty of first-degree murder.
